Little Miss Emmaline gave me a hard time. Here I was thinking warm room, soft white noise, soft conversation, a full tummy and comfortable props would do the trick. Nope. She wanted conversation, a toddlers loud voice and a TV on. Once we provided the noise, she slept and slept well. Her big brothers like to make noise around her so she's very accustomed to it! This was a first for me!
